Common Sense Communications Inc. take the responsibility of
protecting our users privacy very seriously. Unfortunately we
live in a time to where people spend their time collecting and
then using or selling the identities of others. Below are a few

ANTI-SPAM POLICY TOP
'The Service' and Common Sense Communications Inc. both have
a ZERO-TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY. This policy establishes how we
handle Spam (unsolicited commercial email, Spam email, bulk
email, mass email, junk email). 'The Service' and Common Sense
Communications Inc. regards spam as much more than a nuisance.
We believe spam to be a very costly, intrusive and
unprofessional form of solicitation. On that note, we would like
to ask each one of our site users and customers a personal
favor. As frustrating as spam is, the reason so
many people use this type shady business is because it's
actually effective. Unbelievable I know, but if we could simply
ignore spam, it would all but disappear.

an "unsubscribe link" specified by Common Sense
Communications Inc. or an email address specified by the
customer.
If 'The Service' receives a complaint regarding unsolicited
email messages being sent from our network, our abuse staff will
immediately investigate, take appropriate action and inform the
complainant of such.
Any site, customer or individual found using 'The
Service's services or products for unsolicited email messages WILL
be deleted from our servers without refund.
What is spam?
Spam (unsolicited commercial email, Spam email, bulk email,
mass email, junk email) is an email message that is sent to
someone without their consent. There are many kinds of spamming.
It is the electronic equivalent of junk mail You receive in Your
mail box every day. Posting irrelevant messages on newsgroups,
usernets, message boards, chat sites, forums, blogs, etc. It is
e-mail that is widely distributed, unsolicited, and usually
contains advertising. You didn't ask for it and probably do not
want it. It includes: chain letters, pyramid schemes, requests
for financial support, and invitations to visit adult web sites.
It is essentially free advertising for the spammer; the cost in
human and technical resources is borne by the recipient. This
and post-anthrax problems with surface mail have led to a huge
increase in spam.

How do I report Spammers?
If you receive spam that has our URL, name or any association
in it, please forward a copy of the offending mail to admin@csc4u.com
for an investigation.
To help us resolve the problem, please include the following
information:
- The subject line of your email should read: "Re:
(Spam Sample Enclosed)"
- The email address of the sender in the body of your mail.
- A copy of the offending mail, including complete headers.
- The Date and time the email was received.
- Your email host ie: Yahoo, Hotmail etc. so we can report
the activity and try to obtain the IP Address of the sender.
If you believe you have been spammed by us, please report it
to admin@csc4u.com . We
will make reasonable attempts to respond to your requests.

AUTOMATED email, if requested, of the archived live chat and Any
replies and contact required by our staff to resolve the problem
or situation requested.
You agree NOT consider SPAM under ANY circumstances.
There will be no Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email to promote

We consider any of the following grounds for termination of an
account or service without refund:

name
:: Continuous posting to categories which is not suited

practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the
recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings, who
often bear the trouble and expense. Therefore, these practices
are prohibited by Common Sense Communications Inc. HelpDesk's
terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of
these practices will result in termination of the offender's
account and/or access to Common Sense Communications Inc. site. 'The
Service' or Common Sense Communications Inc. will
in no way be held responsible for any content posted on our
HelpDesk.
No illegal or pornographic links, graphics or files are allowed.
Anyone posting these type of links will be removed, banned and
accounts closed without refund. All posts are tracked including
but not limited to IP addresses. Anyone who attempts to abuse
our service will be banned from further posting. All fields are
required to be valid for the submission to work properly.
All email addresses are confirmed before your ticket will be
answered. If your email address rejects incoming email or is
otherwise invalid it is subject to being banned.
Auto responders are not allowed. If you use an auto
responder, you will be banned from posting a HelpDesk support
ticket. If you are a member of the Common Sense Communications
Inc. Network, your account may be deleted without refund.
In addition, Common Sense Communications Inc. HelpDesk reserves
the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms
which block multiple postings as described above before they are
forwarded.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit
Common Sense Communications Inc. HelpDesk' actions or remedies
in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities, and
Common Sense Communications Inc. HelpDesk reserves the right to
take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with
respect to such activities, including without limitation taking
action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying
offenders and removing them from the Common Sense Communications
Inc. HelpDesk service.
In addition, Common Sense Communications Inc. HelpDesk reserves
at all times all rights and remedies available to it with
respect to such activities at law or in equity.
Due to the nature of Common Sense Communications Inc. HelpDesk
service (access to email addresses), payment is not refundable.
If you would like to cancel the service, you have to fill out
the cancellation notice and submit 2 days before your billing
period.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly
violate this agreement will be banned from the program
indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal
prosecution.
